Our cover of "Never Been to Spain" (by one of our all-time favorite songwriter's HOYT AXTON, and popularized by THREE DOG NIGHT) is taken from our split 7 inch with Camilla Ha's MAGIC IS K-NTMASTER. We're hoping to track down a nice digital version of her side of the record, the haunting song "SLOWEST WAY BACK" (with FF's Jonny A on violin!), but in the meantime, here's our side...

This song and the original backing track is one of the first we started performing, around 2000, back when we used to chant over backwards loops. I think Kate and Lauren took the initiative, and finished the vocals with JZ around 2004 or 2005?

Just to be clear -- this is a digital recording, the actual vinyl is way outta print...
